We stayed the night here before our cruise. Check in was a breeze but the following morning the fire alarm went off at 7:30 am. Called the front desk, they stated it was a false alarm. So we went back to bed only to have it go off every other minute until we decided it was enough and left around 10 am. Talked to front desk in which they stated no compensation for the fire alarm fiasco. Not apologetic at all as if it happens all the time. Stating the false alarm was triggered by the indoor pool and sorry not sorry deal. Will not be staying here again.

The staff was great. The battery on my door died, and I was locked out of my room. Staff came to fix it, but it took them a while to get there. But they were very friendly. The fire alarm kept going off. The indoor pool was clean and warm - very nice.
