Quick last minute trip
I needed a place to stay very quickly and all hotels were expensive. This one was slightly lower. I checked in in the middle of the night to sleep. Of course I got charged for a full day. Even though I asked if they could accommodate date me for a discounted rate because it was late and last minute. Mind you it is during the fires and emergency evacuations in LA County. So it would have been very appropriate to offer a better rate. That's ok. I paid for 2 nights anyway. The room looked generally clean but there was a huge clump of hair in the shower. Not sure if the maid missed it? Or if she was perhaps scrubbing and it was left from under her shoe while cleaning? Or if it wasn't really clean from the last person? 😳
Also, the bed is very hard. King size bed with metal frame & xtra large body pillows but xtra hard firm. For those who like xtra firm, maybe it would suit them. Not me. I slept without a pillow just laid my head on the bed. Grateful to have a bed to sleep in as it was freezing cold this week at night. 🛌
Positive things to note: Room had a mini fridge and heater. Also good lighting in case you want to read a book or need to do your work. Many outlets for charging devices and tables to eat. Storage space was provided for your belongings. The two clerks at the desk were very nice if you have questions. 🙏✝️
