"Main issue was that the hotel charges residents for parking. This is just unacceptable. They offer a reduced parking rate for guests but just not good enough. Should be included with room. When I complained upon check in. they removed the fee. Also attended a ball at the hotel. Know mass produced meals will never be of high standard but their main course steak meal was of quite poor standard"

"Not great and very expensive for an average service and facility. Also no point of booking to the restaurant even if the hotel send you email about it, as if like for us the restaurant is closed no warning will be given and you will end up at the noisy pub style eatery, also even if there is a vegan menu online it simply does not exist.
