Hotel was clean the room was clean. They changed out the towels every day made new bed every day I bought one thing I did not like is that I couldn’t control the air conditioning and it was tough to sleep being at 74°. The only complaint I have.

The bed was very uncomfortable and we just had a flat sheep on top of the mattress that moved all night, we also only had two other top sheets on top as a “comforter” and we froze despite having the AC off.

Comfy bed, cool decor and location is so key!

This hotel is the place to stay in Lexington. From the fun shops, or variety of restaurants, steps away from your room. And what a cool room too. The decor is perfect, and what a comfortable bed, we will for sure stay here again!

Nice Stay - Recommended!!!

The hotel was very nice. I received prompt service at check-in. The room was clean and cool. It had a nice decor and was very comfortable. We also had a nice view of the Ohio River from the 24th floor of the West Tower. The hotel was conveniently located to dining, entertainment and the convention center where our even was being held. I would definitely stay here again if/when I visit Louisville again!
