Great service. Lovely hotel. Elevators were slow but there was a school conference. No microwave in the room was very inconvenient. I needed that a lot more than I needed a safe.

Great family choice

We had a great time at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, the hotel itself is huge with a ton of amenities. The location is walking distance to several restaurants. We would come back here.

It was great!! A lot going on in the area so very busy. Wish there would have been more than one coffee spot. It was super busy and not able to move quick with all the kids ordering specialty drinks.

The front counter was very nice at check in. When we got to the room and noticed the carpet outside the bathroom door was soaked with water. Probably a 4 foot length of pure water soaked carpet. We immediately called the front desk and informed them. They asked if we wanted to switch rooms or send someone to clean it. We said it didn’t matter whatever was was for them, that we were about to leave the hotel to go eat and it would be fine for someone to come clean it all up. They said they’d send someone. We left and didn’t come back until after our concert. I took off my shoes to walk to the bedroom and the water soaked my socks. So much water it came up out of the carpet when I stepped on it. It was worse than before. Either no one came up and cleaned it or they did and the water came back. I had to keep shoes on to walk anywhere because there was that much water in the hall, and it was too large of a soaked area to just step over it. It was too late at that point to do anything about it. We were tired and just wanted to go to bed. We did however inform the front desk when we checked out.

Concert stay

My husband and I came to stay for a concert that evening. The access to everything was so convenient. We will stay again, we had a suite on the east tower. We had breakfast in the morning which was really good too. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The shower head was in a weird spot along with wide open. The water afterwards was all over the bathroom floor. Kind of a weird setup there but nothing terrible that wasn’t easily fixed otherwise a great experience!
