We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. The breakfast in particular was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to choose from. The only small downside was that housekeeping didn’t come by the next day to change the bed sheets or take out the trash, which we expected. Still, everything else about our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely return.

A comfortable hotel

It seems to be a newer facility. It’s a little harder to get to but it’s quiet and comfortable. They were having internet issues but handled it professionally.

Would Stay Again

Check in was fast! Friendly Staff at the front desk and Breakfast Area. We even received extra towels and toiletries in a basket by our door. The Breakfast was outstanding! It had a huge variety. The beds were comfortable and all outlets worked. Downside the restroom ceiling was peeling, the desk chair was stained, and on the last night we found a styrofoam bowl with rice behind the bed. We didn’t say anything since it was our last night. We would definitely stay here again, but will check everywhere before staying in another room. I chose this hotel because of the 9.0 rating. I would give it 8.5 because it needs a refresh and extra diligence in cleaning.

You won’t find anything better!

We came for a tournament and our team stayed here. The hotel was very accommodating to our needs. Allowed us to gather and have a pizza party in the lobby. The front desk was very friendly. Housekeeping was there for all of our needs and greeted us with a smile. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. I will be staying here everytime I come to Lubbock.
