Personnel were great, as usual. The breakfast is beyond good, it was outstanding each day, although there was no toast as an option either day. The problem was the groups smoking illegal drugs in the parking lot and that someone pushed a spike into the sidewall of one of our tires. I’d highly suggest security for the parking lot, more lighting, and a better fence

Rooms are outdated and when I went to go to bed the bottom sheets were soaking wet which made the mattress wet. Parking spaces are to close together hard to park SUVs in the parking lot had to park in the back of the hotel

Nice Hotel near the Texas Tech campus. Very nice hotel with excellent staff. Bonus was the 24 hour shuttle. Driver was very courteous and went the extra mile in service. Nice restaurant with free breakfast. Dinner there was excellent and there was a bar for after dinner drinks by the fireplace. Definitely would stay again.
