Safety issues and complaints

No towels were available at 9pm (pool open until 11). Light switch didnt work. Only lighting was from the pool and hot tub. There were 3 lounge chairs available, which i couldnt use because im disabled. Only 1 small round table with 2 chairs, and 1 chair wasnt safe to sit on

The breakfast bar definately needs improvement. Both mornings I did not eat because there was nothing I liked. No oatmeal, no bananas and only peach yogurt. I think there should be more varieties to offer.

Ehh... not great, but sufficient

Hotel is in need of a good cleaning and updates. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very small. No in room coffee machine. Breakfast was just ok... pool is very small and we could not find any working lights.

I stayed here while in town for the Ironman. The staff was professional and very friendly, and the continental breakfast was a nice perk. Unfortunately, the property itself needs significant attention. My room smelled of stale smoke, and the entire floor reeked of marijuana. The ceiling above the entry to the pool and fitness area is falling in (I have photos), and there are holes in the hallway walls. In addition, the bar listed in the property preview no longer operates. While the staff and breakfast were positives, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing.
