We stayed in quadropil fam room, it has a passing door to the other room, there it was no isolorion for noise. Ä°t is a 4star hotel but no slipper was available,this is interesting to me (not sure if this is a rule) , I got the answer of saying that they provide slippers only for members in gold loyalty program

The hotel staff is very kind and professional. The room was incredibly spacious for the four of us. The breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is right off the highway, so you can get to the center of Madrid and to the airport within 30 to 35 minutes depending if traffic. It is an easy ride to both areas. There are places to go shopping and dining close to the hotel. I would recommend it.

Great rooms. Unfortunately there is no/little bar service, the same staff have to work the restaurant and then serve drinks at the bar. No olives/nuts with drinks in the evening. Reception staff seem a bit bored.
