This fantastic villa, located in Es Canutells, in a privileged enclave, welcomes 10 guests.
The exterior of the house is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. It features a garden and a private chlorine pool measuring 10 x 4 m with a depth ranging from 1 m to 2 m, around which you can relax on the sun loungers. In addition, there are two terraces and a porch with a barbecue and sea views, with tables where you can enjoy meals or drinks with your companions. The pool is for private use.
The two-storey interior is designed to ensure a restful stay. On the main floor, you will find a living-dining room with a fireplace and Smart TV, ideal for long evenings. The independent kitchen runs on gas and is equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably. The house also has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with a fan. One has a double bed, another has two single beds, and the third has a bunk bed. Two bathrooms with showers serve this floor. An exterior staircase leads to the lower floor, where there are 2 more bedrooms, both with a fan. One has a double bed and the other a bunk bed. On this floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as rackets, balls, and other games for your use. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
The location of this accommodation is unbeatable, as it is in a quiet, family-friendly area with all the facilities for you to enjoy an independent stay. A short distance away there is a sports area with free access, where you will find a football pitch, several tennis courts, basketball courts and a beach volleyball or badminton court. Cala Es Canutells, with magical crystalline waters in which to explore the seabed, is only 150 m from the house. In addition, this area also has a jetty and a sandy beach. On the other hand, this small urbanization has access to the Camí de Cavalls, a path with more than 20 different and independent stages, perfect to explore both the coast and the interior of Menorca. If you feel like it, you can visit Mahón, the island's capital, as it is only a few kilometres away.
