This beautiful villa, set in the exclusive area of Es Canutells, can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Outdoors, the property is designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. You’ll find a lovely garden and a private chlorine pool measuring 10 x 4 m, with a depth between 1 m and 2 m, surrounded by sun loungers for moments of pure relaxation. The villa also offers two terraces and a covered porch with a barbecue and stunning sea views, complete with tables where you can share meals or drinks with family and friends. The pool is reserved exclusively for your use.
The villa’s two-storey interior is thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay. On the main floor, you’ll find a cozy living-dining area with a fireplace and Smart TV, perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The separate gas kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, while a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available for your convenience.
This level features three bedrooms, each with a fan: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with a bunk bed. Two shower bathrooms serve this floor. An exterior staircase leads to the lower level, where you’ll find two additional bedrooms, also with fans—one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. This floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as rackets, balls, and other games for your enjoyment. For families traveling with little ones, a cot and high chair can be provided.
The location of this accommodation is unbeatable, as it is in a quiet, family-friendly area with all the facilities for you to enjoy an independent stay. A short distance away, there is a sports area with free access, where you will find a football pitch, several tennis courts, a basketball court, and a beach volleyball or badminton court. Cala Es Canutells, with its magical crystalline waters in which to explore the seabed, is only 150 m from the house. In addition, this area also has a jetty and a beach of fine white sand. On the other hand, this small urbanization has access to the Camí de Cavalls, a path with more than 20 different and independent stages, perfect for exploring both the coast and the interior of Menorca. If you feel like it, you can visit Mahón, the island's capital, as it is only a few kilometres away.
