Die Servicemitarbeiterin im Bistro war leider sehr demotiviert und unfreundlich. Sie hat uns erst nach langem Warten und auf unsere Anfrage ob wir einen Kaffee bestellen dürfen, widerwillg einen serviert. Auch lief ein Hund frei zwischen Reception und Buffet hin und her.
