no heating tv broken shower not working

Pros: nothing
Cons: all of it
will not stay again. dont expect all these things to not work and no one to sort things out

Worst Experience

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
We booked the hotel at aprox 22:45 after missing the last train home. When we arrived & called the number on the door the man who answered refused to let us in saying last check in was 22:00. When I asked why the booking was accepted he said it was not his problem. He was exceptionally rude and non-sympathetic & hung up when we pushed him for an explanation. Poor customer service and over-all running of the establishment.

Comfortable room

Pros: For us it's an underrated haven, clean, mostly quiet and friendly.
Cons: Breakfast could be provided again.
Location: It's right in the middle of town and so Manchester's your oyster. Band on the Wall is a great place nearby for excellent music concerts.
Just what we needed and at a very good rate. Staff are helpful

Worst service

I am not satisfied about this Hotel services and receptionsist attitude and behaviour. He is very rude. I found this hotel nasty smell and unclean . So I can not recommend this hotel for myself and anyone!

Very bad hotel

Pros: Nothing. Well, maybe the location to where had an appointment
Cons: I wouldn't still go there
Location: The location was ok
I am sorry to say this is not a hotel. I paid for 2 nights but didn't stay there for up to one hour cumulatively. The room displayed on this site is far from the the room I met there. Untidy environment, hidden entrance, everything is archaic. Room having a stale smell. I doubt if someone had been to the room in weeks. It also looked so insecure. I couldn't stay there so i had to look for another hotel to lodge in. I lost the money i had paid because it was not refundable. I also regretted the fact that i didn't read the reviews of others who had been to the hotel before booking it. I learnt a bitter lesson that day. That's the only good thing that the experience taught me- Never to be "penny wise" again. Thanks
