The 15,000 deposit fee was not return until now. I paid through credit card . according to the staff it would take 5-10 business days before it would be cleared but its already a month since we checked out there..

Room was nice , had an early check in and late check out which was great. Only stayed the night on our way out of the Philippines. Food was outstanding would have to say one of the best buffet breakfast that we have had. Only complaint was that the back ground light in the room was faulty and I couldn’t turn off but when I let reception know the next day they sent someone to fix it straight away. Definitely recommend the hotel
