My room is clean. Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have 3 families stayed in the hotel for a week enjoyed the stay. The location is convenient and transportation is easy to access. The breakfast quality is very good and yummy. It helps us to save money for the food too. We did have a good time in Hampton Inn as well as in London. The only thing I don't like is the mattress too soft - indents from previous guests, were very apparent.

The hotel was very clean. The employees were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Best hotel complimentary breakfast that I’ve ever had. Very close to the Waterloo Underground station. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of the mattress. You could hear the springs when sitting/lying down. I would definitely stay again and hope for a better mattress.

Superb location, was convenient to the nearby Waterloo station as well as all surrounding area. Was clean, safe and served by friendly front desk. Breakfask was average, did the job but wouldn't sing home about it. Room was clean, comfortable and east to access.

Hampton Waterloo is a great choice to stay with a central location . The hotel is nice . I would not recommend a premium room I actually thought the standard room I stayed previously was nicer apart from the Smeg fridge . Would definitely recommend Hampton by Hilton.
