I was surprised that the hotel is clean and comfy. It also smells good in the room. Everything is direct to the point. I would recommend this to my friends.
The hotel is dated, definitely different from the photos, BUT the staff especially the front desk staff
Rainer (the FOA of the hotel) and team were amazing and so understanding when we decided to move to a different hotel after 1 night.
Azure Urban Resort Residences by Sia offers a pleasant stay with a resort-like vibe, thanks to its impressive pool and man-made beach. However, the units can vary in quality, and some may feel a bit dated. Despite this, its location and amenities provide good value for a relaxing getaway.
Very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Very spartan, no-frills establishment, which is reflected in the incredibly low price for Makati. There’s no refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker or even phone in the room, but there was a hair dryer. Two full-size bath towels; no hand towels or wash cloths. There are a few good restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance and several Makati malls just a short taxi ride away. The hotel has a small parking garage under the building. For the price it is an excellent, economical option if you don’t plan on spending much time in your room.
Great value for your money. Excellent location. They do not provide electric kettle in the room, but there is a hot and cold water dispenser in the lobby.
