This hotel is full of rats. I couldn't believe it. To make it worse the staff was actually making fun of me for complaining about rats!!!!

Insgesamt war ich mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden, allerdings sollte das Kartensystem für die Zimmertüren erneuert werden. Die Schlüsselkarte,die man uns an der Rezeption gab, funktionierte nicht und so musste wir nach Ankunft mitten in der Nacht eine gefühlte Ewigkeit warten, bis der Zimmerservice kam und das Zimmer für uns öffnete. Danach mussten wir wieder zur Reeption und bekamen eine neue Karte, welche aber auch nicht funktionierte. Also wieder hoch und wieder runter zur Rezeption. Die 3. Karte fuktionierte dann, allerdings auch nur bis zum nächsten Tag, bis man uns darauf hinwies , dass das Handy in der Handtasche die Schlüsselkarten blockieren würde. Sowas darf eigentlich nicht vorkommen und hat sehr genervt.
