Room had no hair dryer for the wife and the TV was very difficult to change channels. Had to switch input but if you change channels it goes back to static. You had to edit the channel then figure out how to select it to watch.

Poor customer service from the guard, front desk agent to the host of the restaurant. The guard doesn’t offer to assist with your luggage, just looking at you. The front desk did not swipe my credit card for incidentals and called the safe is not working nobody fixed it.

I have a wonderful experience with SAVoy Hotel. However, just like everybody’s issues was the lack of Filipino basic breakfast such as longanisa and tocino and champorado. Otherwise, breakfast selections were pretty good. Fast response to any request except I did not get the requested scissors to cut the rope for my box.
