We were quickly received at the reception. Staff were courteous. Wifi is spotty at times. They gave a username & password but you can connect to their wifi without these so it felt unsecured. We booked the suite with a runway view. Room was spotless & spacious. Bed was comfy. AC is good. TV is working properly. View of the NAIA runway was good, however, we couldn't see the plane's actual take off or landing. View from the room can only see the plane taxiing down the runway. Complete with amenities and has snacks (1 packet of oreo cookies, 1 small bag of chips, 1 coke in can, 1 bottle of OJ) for freebies! Has hot water for the shower and the water pressure is strong, it was great! Pool is half indoor and is shaded by its building. Has a kiddie pool. It is not heated so it was really difficult to swim or just soak in the pool for a long time because the water is too cold, plus when we went there, the weather is cold. I think the water is perfect if you go during the summer. Pool is elevated & one side of it doesn't have any barriers, but the lifeguard on duty mentioned this to us as a precaution. Pool towels available. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, has a great spread of menu, and food is tasty! Several tables available. Overall, we had a great stay & we were given a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Rating this hotel only 4 stars because the pool isn't heated & you couldn't really see the plane taking off and landing in their suite with a runway view.

We stayed at the Savoy Manila hotel for 6 days in January 2026. We were very pleased with our stay there. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and assisted by the friendly staff. The room was immaculately clean and well appointed. There is bottled water and an in-room safe and the air conditioning worked great. The bed was newer and a little soft for me but still comfortable, the bathroom includes all the amenities including a hair dryer. Housekeeping is excellent! A special thanks to Josh, who assisted us upon arrival and took time to take us to exchange money at a nearby casino. The restaurant serves great food for any meal but the breakfast buffet was the best! Many choices for the diverse clientele staying here. If eating lunch, try their custom ice tea, Klinton can make up almost any flavor you want. We want to give a special shout out to the entire concierge staff, especially Jam, who provided for and made arrangements for our tours in Manila and was helpful in so many ways during our stay. From beginning to end, our stay at the Savoy was very pleasant and we would stay there again next time we’re in Manila

Overall a nice hotel in a great location. There was a bit of a musty or odd chemical smell upstairs, but I think that might have just been the cleaning products they use. The hotel was clean and service was good.
