I am morethan greatful to all the staff of this hotel who been very kind in assisting my parents during their long stay on this property! Definitely will be coming back in a few weeks or so . Everything is very Accessible. I would love to go to Philippines and give them a five star rating !!

The hot water was broken on the first room . Got charged for a second person when the rating for the room is for 2 occupancy on their fee schedule. Roaches in the second room that we were moved to. Overall Very disappointed .wil never go there again .do not recommend

If you are in the budget for meals there are lots to choose from the neighboring establishments. The place is just one ride away from Baclaran and Divisoria and walking distance to Luneta Park, National Museums and Intramuros.

I upgraded to Standard room from Eco room since they advertise that there's microwave in the Standard room. We even called and ask and we were told that we can request it. Upon checkin, they informed us that microwave is not allowed.
