We have stayed at the property nuerous times. I originally booked a one night stay in a superior suite but when we had to extend our stay, i was only allowed a "One bedroom Suite. I inquired through email after booking and was allowed to upgrade to a one berdroom premium suite for $1000php/night. The bed turned out to be to full sized beds pushed together (Missing a nightstand). Also there were no hand towels and no coffee packets provided in the room. I completed my business in Manila, checked out and left. The front desk personnel and the doormen & staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the A/C worked great.

Very spacious and their smart tv can accommodate Google chromecast without any issues nor glitches at all. There is “toro toro” restaurant next to the hotel. You can enjoy home style dishes affordably.

My kind of Hotel suite

I always enjoy my stay at Tropicana Suite hotel for the past 9 years, that's why my friends and colleagues can not convince me to switch hotel whenever I go to Manila to take are of business. I think almost everyone at the front desk, security, as well as the cleaning crew know me, I find these people very friendly, ready to help and very polite. I also like that the location is quite convenient for me if I need to shop for food and take LRT or jeepneys. I just have a small suggestion to the maintenance dept. this time, I stayed in room 501, a 2 bedroom suite, I think the maintenance crew need to re-caulk the toilet in the master bedroom, as I can see water sipping out every time I flash the toilet. That's all.
