This place is a dream and super well designed and unique. Very close to Puente Romano. The staff are constantly going out of their way to make you feel like a rockstar. This family run property is one of the best hotels in the world. Absolutely fantastic service, friendly staff, excellent food and a great SPA. We went for two days with friends to celebrate a birthday in a casual setting. Absolutely loved our stay and we will be back. short 4 day trip with my wife to celebrate my birthday, resort very well laid out with most required amenities. staffing and service levels were generally very good except in bar areas where you had to wait quite a while for service. meals we had were very good. oveall seemed a little expensive versus the experiene

Liked the entire facility , staff , service , food , gym , shooed and cleanliness. Didn’t like my bed which was noisy and the shower water was continually changing temperatures

Patio door in the room could mot close due to broken handle. Patio was dirty, ready for the guest ( no cushions on the chairs and sun beds). Buffet breakfasts was excellent as well as dinner. Friendly stuff.
