Nice hotel, spacious room, comfy bed, good main road views. Breakfast choice was good with chef making fresh omelettes. The facilities were good and modern. Free parking available. Local to cafes and public transport. I would definitely stay here again.

A very conviniently located large hotel with fairly spacious rooms, a pool and a gym. While it is slightly outdated there is really nothing to complain about. Great staff, friendly and helpful. The only thing that was below standard is the response of housekeeping - while the room was always timely and properly made up and cleaned, getting a couple of clean bath towels in the evening took over an hour, three unanswered calls to housekeeping, one call and a personal visit to the front desk.

A very spacious and comfortable room with a lovely view of the pool.. Considering this hotel is on a very busy main road it was very quiet and tranquil once inside . The Hamman treatment in the hotel spa was well worth the money . Thank you

Nice hotel, unplesent/lazy receptionist

Pros: The room and pool.
Cons: The receptionist.
The hotel was really nice but the receptionist was rude and not helpful at all, we asked her could she find out details for us in relation to hot air ballooning and she just ignored it, kinda like she was too lazy to, and then charged us a double city tax rate and denyed that we had already paid it. She was really forceful so we just gave up because we didn't want an agreement.

Nice hotel

The hotel is very good . Value for money . Good breakfasts . It is perfect for transport links . Train station across road and Supratours bus station next to it . The medina is only a 4 dhs bus ride away if you are not a fit person . I would walk to it but after walking around and getting lost in the medina a few times get the number 5 bus back . Taxis are cheap but you don,t meet the locals .
