A wonderful Jewel!

Very helpful team of staff that organised excellent guides for us to explore the city and the Atlas mountains. Hammam and massage was of a high quality. Decor was well thought out and the food was good. It was lovely to have the opportunity to eat at the Karmela Princess ( the sister Riad opposite), which has a more contemporary feel in decor and menu. Highly recommended! Thank You

Franchement j’étais avec ma femme et nos 3 enfants (8 ans, 7 ans et 3 ans) et vraiment top! Trop bien! Emplacement. Propre. Nourriture. Tout quoi! Acceuil parfait par Amine! Aziz au top! Tout le personnel super gentil! Petit dej magnifique! Merci encore pour tout!

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit unglaublich wunderbarem und freundlichem Personal. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen. Das Hotel ist mit sehr geschmackvollen Zimmern und vielen verschiedenen Terassen und Innenhofnischen landestypisch ausgestattet und bietet so einigen Erholungsraum. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es liegt sehr zentral in der Medina. Der perfekte Riad für einen Besuch in Marrakesch. :-) Wir würden sofort wieder hier buchen.

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt die Sauerkeit in den Nasszellen, aber im Grossen und Ganzen eine zu empfehlende Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum mit schöner Dachterrasse und luschigen Innenhöfen.

tres beau riad tres bon accueil gentillesse des employes les femmes pour le petit dejeuner comme les hommes pour les diners la direction aux petits soins pour l'organisation des excurtions et pour tous renseignements concernant les visites dans marrakech tres bon souvenirs pour nous

schönes, authentisches Riad

Pros: die zurückhaltend - aufmerksame Bedienung die liebevolle, detailgetreue Einrichtung, inkl. Cheminee die tolle Dachterrasse
Cons: leider waren die Nächte wegen der Geräusche aus dem Innenhof (abends Musik und Gäste und morgens Personal, das Frühstück vorbereitet) etwas kurz.
Location: in einer Seitengasse, etwas schwer zu finden, Nahe beim Markttrubel und bei Museen
Wir haben vier Nächte im Riad Karmela verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Schöner Rückzugsort nach dem turbulenten Stadtausflug.
