Olive groves surround the landscaped grounds of this exclusive retreat however, since it is only three minutes drive away from Alberobello.

The villa is divided into two independent houses.

- House 1 comprises 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom (with a second pull-out bed when if necessary), 3 bathrooms with shower (1 is ensuite), living room and kitchen.

- House 2 comprises 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, living room and kitchen.



The villa is completely for your exclusive use. Outside you will find a large garden, a private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and a shaded area: great fun and relaxation are guaranteed.



The outdoor areas are extensive. These include a leafy courtyard that is the perfect spot for a quiet breakfast or to retreat with a book. Lazy afternoons will be spent lounging on the sofas beside the infinity pool and when the evening starts to cool there is an outdoor fire to light.
