I was very satisfied with the overall experience during our two-night stay at this boutique Sassi hotel (Fra i Sassi - Residence). Communication with the host and staff before our arrival was excellent; they were incredibly responsive and quick to help. The detailed parking instructions provided ahead of time were great, and we were able to find free street parking. Finding and walking to the hotel was straightforward using Google Maps. Our cave dwelling unit was spotless and offered a fantastic view. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff remained professional throughout. It was truly a wonderful stay!
