Cockroaches, dirty rooms and broken Wi-Fi

Worst hotel I’ve ever been at. When we arrived at our first room it was not the type that we paid for, the sheets were muddy and gross and some random shoes were left in there. Then we got another room but as soon as I entered a big cockroach we’re sitting top of the bed. I asked for it to be removed but the staff ended up kicking the cockroach at me. Then we got a third room, and there was 2 cockroaches in there. The Wi-Fi was also broken down and we didn’t get our money back. It sound like one big joke, but it was just the grossest and worst hotel we’ve ever been at. Find somewhere else to stay.
