The hotel was quiet, clean & nicely decorated for the holidays & the room itself was clean & modern with good amenities but the breakfast ended too early (@ 9am) & could have been better replenished. The front desk clerk could have been more friendly, welcoming & engaging as well; no smile or warmth whatsoever especially during the holiday season.

I had agreed to pay the hotel, as opposed to paying Expedia. However, the hotel charged me for a credit card hold the day before I arrived. I’ve never had this issue with any other booking through Expedia, or the Wyndham chain of hotels. This charge was unacceptable.

As mentioned, there is no free breakfast. Instead, they provide a coupon that can be used at the hotel next door, which is extremely expensive and not good at all. I ordered a mixed breakfast bowl with toast, and it was terrible. The total came to $37 plus tip, and they only applied a $10 discount. Essentially, you are still paying for your breakfast. When I raised this concern with the receptionist, he said there was nothing he could do. Room was clean

Arrived at hotel no one at the counter. Rang the bell still no one at the counter. Ended up having to phone the hotel in order to get the person to show up at the front counter. Then they tell me they don’t take debit cards and I would have to pull cash out of the ATM and pay their owners withdrawal fee in order to get a room.At this point I was so pissed off with the rude employee. I decided to just walk out and not use my prepaid room because this level of aggravation I absolutely do not need from anyone. Do not go here this place is an absolute. Very spacious, clean rooms that are completely updated! Highly recommend this hotel as we have stayed several times over the past few years. They also had the most beautiful Christmas decoration and light display in the lobby!

The room was well maintained and clean. The clerk kindly helped me with my suitcase. It was a windy, cold day due to a winter storm which made the breakfast area very cold the next morning.

The Christmas decor was beautiful as you enter. Esthetics looked good, but if looked closely, things were starting to fall off. Wallpaper coming off, dripping faucet in the tub, no power on the bedside table, exploding keurig machine (just tried to make one cup), beds pretty soft (we rolled into each other in the middle). Breakfast was decent, but only one lady managing the Saturday morning crowd. Maybe we’re being picky, but for a Wyndham resort, the details aren’t usually left like that. They had no one at the desk in the morning for check out, and the breakfast lady had to leave to help at the desk. They looked like they were short staffed. Trying to do the job of many with few. Hard to do it all with just one person. They are trying.

Was not able to acess the continetal breakfast as there was no elevator. Hotel did not have any brail on any doors which made things much harder for him. If our rooms would have been on 2nd floor we wouldnot have stayed there. Very poor business planning to run a hotel that does not have an elevator and not accessible for all types of tennants. For accessibilit features i give the Hotel a Negstive 10.

30 minutes to check in. Booked online yet no information was transferred to front desk what’s phone number spell last name etc. etc. all things a modern system would facilitate. Room was gross stained carpet duvet was cheap and ratty. Could hear bathroom noises from next room. Room service phone number was out of service. went to lobby restaurant bunch of VLTs and low life’s. Meal was microwaved lasagne two bites but it was not eatable. This hotel is crap. Avoid.
