Old property that needs a remodel. Entire Staff was very unhelpful throughout our stay. Everyone on the staff loves to use their cellphone the moment you start talking to them. Very rude!

Amazing staff and hotel interiors of the rooms and hotel had a retro 1980s vibe however the lack of bedside lighting control made it a hassle to turn off the lights to go to bed at night

Property amenities are outdated, WiFi connectivity remained to be a challenge until we were about to check out, not very flexible or accommodating to the Hilton Honors Members who had to check out early. Breakfast buffet was a sold 6/10, hotel accommodations were a 7/10, Guest services were a solid 4/10, Location and proximity of property to important landmarks in the city was a 9/10. We will pass on this property considering the cost and value for the stay.
