To this day we think of Aura fondly. Can' get closer to the heart for Melbourne, we had amazing vies of the city ...just brilliant 5 days !!!

Got in early. Was able to book carpark but wasn’t able to enter room until 2pm. Staff were friendly check in and out was quick and simple. Bed was comfy and not rock hard. Was a basic double shower with a hand held shower head. Will deff book again.

Great location but cleanliness not up to standard.

The location is great. The cleanliness was not. There were multiple big hairy dustballs in different spots throughout the apartment when we arrived, and we had to ask three times for someone to come and vacuum. Eventually the front desk attendant dropped off a vacuum so we could do it ourselves. The shower had mould in all the grout and silicone. The cups and glasses in the kitchen were grimy. The windows were grimy and had been wiped but in a way that left big obvious smears across the glass with dust stuck to it. There were marks on the walls, and what looked like a smear of Vegemite (I hope!). The other main issue was that the items provided were extremely minimal for a stay of 1 week. A single thin sheet of Wettex to wipe with, one dishwasher tablet, one single sachet of washing powder for the washing machine. Just felt stingy.
