Great location for getting around the city using the free trams. The room was nice but the bathroom wasn't 100% clean (around the bottom edges of the shower in particular). There wasn't actually enough lighting in the kitchen area of our apartment. Also in a 2 bedroom apartment the only mirror was a small one on the bathroom vanity, which again wasn't lit well enough for makeup application etc. Given how close it was to the railway it was not too noisy, the internal room was nice and dark and quiet to sleep in. Staff were good.

2br Penthouses apartment was awesome, loved relaxing on the big balcony looking out over southbank especially at night. Room was clean and styled well. Enjoyed every minute of my stay here and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely be staying here again

Cute little balcony with a view across the Yarra to the MCG. Room was clean and spacious ( we ended up with a two bedroom suite rather than the one bedroom one we booked). Bed was comfy and the price was very reasonable. We would stay here again.

I am a returning guest to Aura. I have stayed at the facility on approximately six occasions. The rooms are always spacious and very well resourced (cooking facilities and laundry facilities). I have never had a problem with noise from other rooms and so the sound control is excellent. The best part of Aura on Flinders however is their staff. I have always been very impressed with Aura's personnel - they are always very polite, helpful and accommodating. I will be happy to continue staying at Aura. Thankyou.

The lovely gentleman greeted us with a smile and a helpful manner.The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. Over all was a great experience stress free with booking ect. Our experience was way better then the previous place we stayed the night before. Will definitely will be booking to stay there again.

Was a great location for our stay while attending oasis concert, but as a bnb cleaner myself the apartment is in desperate need of an upgrade. Was very dirty on blinds windows etc and also paying decent price why only give little toilet paper sugar coffee shouldnt be necessary to go and buy it all while staying, but the view was a 10 out of 10.

Close to Southern Cross station. 24 hr reception this the ability to hold our bags until check in. No problems with access and good for a short stay. Only negative is that the apartment needed a more thorough clean. Smudges and splashes in high traffic areas of the room, very dusty skirtings, balcony had hair trimmings all throughout.

Decent location with a short walk to south wharf. Our room had great city views of the Yarra River. Reasonably priced and generally clean. Parking was convenient but very tight squeeze in the lift that takes the car down to the basement, lucky our car is small. Overall a good experience for the price.

Basic accomodation, bed was not very comfortable and very low to the ground. Bathroom was neat and had been cleaned, but felt grotty...mouldy looking at the corners and egdes of the shower and grout lines. Water damage to bottom of bathroom door did not look great. Toilet roll holder broken.Broken plasterboard in bedroom. Cheaper for a reason
