My bed was comfy, the room was quiet. I slept very well. Great shower. Hotel is close to everything. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast for $10 including pancakes, yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast and juice. Great staff too.

we were in room 503 and the room above us was very noisy. You could here the squeaking of the foot steps above us .dont like how the bathroom had no lock on the door.

The room was fine. They could update heating/cooling. thin blankets. The inner rooms are cheap but there are cheaper in Melbourne for better. You're paying for convenience. My low score comes from the way I was treated in the booking process. I booked a night and then realised I needed to book the Friday as well. I tried the online chat and got a rude message in reply. It sounded computer generated and didn't seem to reply to the question I'd asked. I rang the hotel and they said "just book another night and maybe you'll get the same room" and then hung up on me. Followup messages were ignored until a couple of days before my stay when I finally got someone with human decency who confirmed I would be in the same room both nights. Completely unacceptable. Wouldn't plan on staying here again.

It fine for a night. The rooms are noisy you can hear anyone walk past to go there room. But if you have an early flight it is close to the skybus or if you need to catch a train.

Rooms are clean and everything i wanted was there. The hallway carpets look filthy and needs a cleanup. The room number signage needs improvement. If you take the lift#1and looking for room#166, the signage won't help until you move around walking towards lift#2 which is quite apart.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos - there is no way this a 4 star hotel. Great if you want a budget stay maybe but showing the hotel as it really is would be far more helpful so that people know what they are realy getting.
