Ok. There's better closeby for the price. Rooms need an upgrading Toilet leaking and shower head falling off. Hot water tepid. Good location and staff were lovely. Parking convenient though tight.

My $80/night King room was great. Modern, clean, and comfortable. Great location. Amazing value for the price. Have stayed in places that cost 3 times as much and aren't as nice. Maybe I just got a cheap off-season rate?

I just wanted a cheap hotel near the Southern Cross Rail Station and the Melb Exhibition Hall. It was ideal. Clean, warm, quiet, good shower, room safe, comfy bed. It had all these including a cooked breakfast for an extra payment ($17 if you buy it there, $20 if you booked it thru wotif). It is functional. No Taj Mahal. Visually boring but ideal for the purose. I'd stay again if travelling alone or on a budget.

We only stayed for one night for a conference, but the accomodation was clean and comfortable which served our purpose, plus the room was huge so lots of room to relax. Excellent location, walkable to public transport and multiple great dining options. Staff were very friendly and helpful, very quick to assist us when we couldn't adjust the temperature in our room. Would definitely stay again.
