The service was excellent. Room small but clean but adequate for out night stay. Room was clean but booked a king and only got a queen. Did like that there were lifts which took you to the floor but then having to negotiate stairs with heavy cases was a bit of a stuggle. The convience to train statuon wa fab. Over all would stay again a recommended for those needing a covient stay

On the second night air-condition not working on a 30plus degrees weather and room has no window. Asked to move but there is no available room, given cooler( also broken) replaced with electric fan. Complained but management did not do anything, just moved us the next day( to find out there is a small hole) under the hair dryer size of dime, where if viewing thru it will see thru glass sliding door( photo is taken) will send if needed. Desk people are apologetic but hands are tied up, still waiting for email but nothing so far. Offered some breakfast vouchers but already included on my booking. Just asking to compensate us, because not happy to pay a full price for that night. Only positive i can give is that the location of the hotel is on the centre of the city which we have easily access to public transport. Only reason i am still giving them 2 star. Will post some review in google as well as i am not happy with the outcome of our very first visit in Melbourne.
