The shower with the step up was not good for tall people and water collected in the edge and ran down onto the floor making it and the bath mat wet.

Staff were rude at front desk very blunt and not welcoming. The elevator was broken so had to use an alternative options around the back which was strange. Other guests were out in hallway at 2am yelling at each other and almost had a fight with other guests in other rooms.
