The staff was friendly and helped to point us in the right direction to get our day started. Convenient location to access CBD and Yarra River area- 10 minute walk. Place was clean and comfortable. Renson at the front desk was awesome. He was so helpful and friendly. One issue we had was with the washer dryer combo - it didn’t dry well. Also the shower didn’t drain well or contain the water well and it would leak on the bathroom floor. You could see previous water damage on the floor in the bathroom and in the hallway. But overall we enjoyed our stay
