A request for bath towels at 8:00 a.m. was delayed until 9:30 a.m. The TV remote in our room was not working due to dead batteries, and despite reporting this by phone and at reception, the request was not communicated and we were asked to wait. Additionally, even though we kept the key cards away from our phones as instructed, all three cards eventually stopped working.
