Was very happy with our stay. The unit was small but had everything we’d need, TV, kitchen, dishwasher, bathroom and balcony! Was clean. A 5 min walk to Queen Vic market and had a tram stop out the front! Parking for our stay was spot on.

The bed was comfortable although the room was very cold at the time of check in. I appreciate so much they let me check in early as I was extremely tired from my international flight. The front desk staff were great throughout the stay, including check in, check out and general questions.

The staff and service were great , just felt the room was dated and worn. it was a great location, would I stay again? maybe! but I would check other accomodation in the area first. I did loved the fact that we had a balcony and could open the door at night to get fresh air, That is the main reason I booked the Oaks.
