Really quite a good Motel in a good location.

Exceptional service, really quite a wonderful Motel. The location is quite good and there is some parking. Just check first. Hint the breakfast is quite good value for a buffet, but if there's two people one could have just another card and the other could have the full buffet to save some money. If your book ahead, it's $25 for the buffet.

This hotel was excellent on so many levels ... The convenient location very close to shops, theatres and stadiums, heaps of great restaurants literally. Our room was very spacious (we had a family room). We had great access to the free trams and very close to Flinders Street station. The cleanliness of the room was very good, good sound proofing, online check-in and check-out very efficient. Couldn't fault it. Will definitely be back.

Fabulous location, walking distance to shopping, food and entertainment. Our family room was immediately above a very noisy roller door (perhaps an entry to a car park) which seemed to operate all hours of the day and night. The bedding situation suited our family, but there was no where for us to eat (the table only had one business chair) so we sat on the floor. Hard surfaces of the room appeared clean, but carpets and linen were stained, and bathroom had a very strong smell. Overall we had a pleasant enough stay, absolutely loved the location, but would probably stay somewhere different next time.

It was very easy to check in, as they have a machine that you just put you name in and it prints a card with a code and prints a receipt with your room number and I liked how they had shampoo conditioner etc... attached to shower instead of mini bottles so you don't have to drag extra stuff with you.

Location was great, the room, whilst not fancy, met our needs for one night and was clean and quiet. We had one issue with the restaurant in the morning with the very rude unpleasent man not honouring our breakfast booking we made upon check in, forcing us to pay a high price. However when we raised it with reception at checkout, they immediately reimbursed us the price difference. So over all was a pleasent stay.

Comfortable and pleasant stay. The room had everything I needed. There is a basic gym with a small pool which is open for most hours. The location is very convenient for exploring Melbourne. The only negative is the wifi was poor (I expected more given the hotel rating). I didn't try the buffet breakfast as it was pricey and there are lots of cafes nearby.
