Staff friendly my non smoking room reeked of smoke. The door looked like it had been broken into before. Beds uncomfortable and ac fan would not continuously run so all I could hear was the highways. Would not stay again

Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Lady who checked us in was rude and short when we inquired about the shuttle. Shuttle driver was helpful, cheerful and the best part of our stay even though it 4 am. Our room was upstairs and the elevator was waaaaay down the first floor hall to the opposite end of the building. It was quite inconvenient and signage lacking, so that you had to hunt the elevator down. 😐

BEST SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY

Room and hotel were very clean. The staff deserves 10 stars or more, very friendly and helpful with information on where to eat and things to do. The best was their free shuttle service for pick up at the airport and they also took us to other areas within their perimeter. Would definitely stay here again.
