Complete water outage throughout Hotel and no remedy offered nor concern for when it would be on. Told that the outage was in the entire city which was a lie. Had to leave Hotel and seek other lodging in the city at an increased expense due to last minute booking. New Location had plenty water and in the same city! Impression was that the story was rehearsed leading one to believe this type of occurance was routine

All my issues were in the bathroom, shower curtain was in terrible condition, curtain rod was coming out of the wall on one side. While I appreciate clean towels the smell of bleach was very strong.
