Terrible!

They have really dropped the ball! Our bathroom mirror was broken and we had these two lil thin pillows and no refrigerator or microwave it was just a lot..paint missing on the walls, tv remote not programmed to tv and we couldn’t get extra pillows or covers! It was just poor service and quality period

Poor management, poor housekeeping and AC was not working. The blankets were filthy and the rooms were dirty. Also found cockroaches and mouse poop. Asked for towels and they said they didn’t have any. We will NEVER be back. No working ice machine, ask for them to change the blankets and they only changed the sheets once. The blankets were nasty with burn holes as well.

It took 3 times to get a room, the first room the door didn't open, second room the fire alarm was making noise and we took the last room. That room had a bad smell and bugs. We had to spry the room.

Room was partially clean I am Supervisor Housekeeping for 17years there was couple issue with room upon checking in #1 floor was dirty had take towel sweep and mop/ furniture had dust/toilet wasn’t clean properly had urine smell/tub had mold around caulking part/pillowcase cover haven’t been washed had all different stains /AC was filthy/vent walls had something I don’t know if they had properly training I had took some pics as well if they get the cleanliness of hotel room it would be nice stay and comfortable

The bedroom and linen were clean, that’s the plus points Unfortunately the rest is bad news. We had to wait to be checked in when we arrived at the allotted time and every day our swipe key stoped working, requiring it to be reset every day The bathroom had missing and damaged fixtures, 2 of the lights weren’t working and the tv didn’t work, even though we asked for it to be reconnected. In our second night at 1 in the morning we had a man banging on our door and trying the handle to get in, looking through the peephole we saw he was armed. We reported this to reception (pretty damn quickly) but had no response. We found out the next day from a local that he was probably a guest, as the hotel was secured by fences all around and the hotel was often used by local drug users and sellers. Just to let you know before booking. It was cheap and on a bus route to Beale Street though, so there is that.

We stayed at this motel recently and appreciated its excellent location, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were accommodating whenever possible, which added to a pleasant overall experience. This is definitely a budget-friendly motel, offering affordable rates without any bells and whistles. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay. If we need to stay in the area again, we would definitely choose this motel for its value and convenience.

A bad trip

Unfortunately my stay was not so great. I had to change rooms 3 times. The first room was still being cleaned so they gave me another room and the air didn't work in that room. So they gave me the last room and the only lights that worked were in the bathroom. Photos will be attached. The Front Desk attendant said they would get it taken care of or move me to another room but neither was done
