This beautiful country house is ideal for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet. In its bucolic exteriors, surrounded by fruit trees, you will find a 9x3m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of between 1.40m and 1.80m, perfect for cooling off. Next to it, 4 comfortable sun loungers will allow you to relax in the sun. On the porch, which has a barbecue, you will be able to prepare and enjoy pleasant family meals. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The interior of the house, divided into two floors, offers everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The ground floor presents an open space where you will find the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob and equipped so that you can cook all kinds of dishes, the dining room and a living room with fireplace and TV. On the first floor, which you can access through a staircase, you will find 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, both with fan. On the same floor is the bathroom, which has a shower.
