Modern semi-detached house of recent construction located in the residential area of the village of Fornells, in a pleasant complex with a communal swimming pool.
The house consists on the ground floor of a patio equipped with outdoor furniture, living-dining room, fully equipped open kitchen, an individual service bedroom with a full bathroom and a courtesy toilet. Another patio in the rear part.
On the first floor are the other three bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with two single beds. Another bathroom completes the layout of the first floor.
Another multifunctional room is located in the basement.
It has a free parking space and free Wi-Fi internet access.
No tourist services are provided within the accommodation during the clients' stay.
