Nice apartment on the first floor located in the residential area of Fornells, 200 metres from the town centre.
The apartment consists of a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds, a full bathroom, spacious living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, etc... and terrace with table and outdoor chairs with views over the magnificent pool and garden.
Located 300 metres from the town centre. There are no businesses or commercial activities in the vicinity likely to cause disturbances during night hours.
Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms.
