Magnificent semi-detached house of high standing located in a well-maintained residential area 50 metres from the sea and 300 metres from the centre of the town of Fornells.
The ground floor consists of a large dining room, fully equipped kitchen, courtesy toilet, and access to the spacious front and rear terraces.
On the first floor are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite).
On the upper floor there is a solarium, an outdoor dining area with pergola and barbecue area. Spectacular panoramic views over the bay of Fornells.
