Worst experience, the hotel was out of power during my stay so I had no AC, use service stairs, the room was dirty all the time, the room concierge was unhelpful, the manager never show up even though my requests. Please avoid it!

Room was very dirty, pool was extremely dirty and covered in bird poop, room was only made for one person and there was two of us, no mini fridge, holes in the walls, broken door and the room was very humid for two days. A very bad stay.

Nasty room

Bedding full of hair. Bathroom needs lots of cleaning. Breakfast absolutely blame. Much better have breakfast at the restaurants in the mall. Had to change rooms twice. It is a shame a Hilton property offers this low quality level.
