Beautiful sanctuary away from town, great place to relax after days of sightseeing. Waited a long time to get room at 4pm. The pool is amazing and water temperature is perfect. Food at restaurant very good. Spa is nice but very expensive

The hotel is in construction of some future residences all over, and even though we got an upgrade on a great room, you could here in the pool and common areas the construction noise most of the day.

The place in under construction, when i made the reservation there was no notice about this, the said to us that on Saturday there was no workers on the construction site but there was, lots of noise The food terrible , the service very poor, no one takes care of the guests is just bad service

Very friendly staff. All helpful and most bilingual. Rooms were beautiful. Property was lovely. Walkway to rooms was a bit rocky and tough to navigate in heels. lol. Would recommend and would stay there again if in the area.

Its just ok tbh. I thought everything was too slow moving for such a large property. I didn't love the food. Its ok priced but it seems the charge for every single thing and i felt rushed using the spa. Communication at the hotel could be better before arrival. My spa appointment that i requested earlier did not make it to the actual spa. Then i paid for a steam session when i think steaming should be free.
