The place was clean,the staff was very friendly, restaurants was delicious and friendly. The lights were flickering on the hallway, smell old, bed was super uncomfortable, towels had holes, AC was extremely noisy and to top it off the Train goes by at 6 am every day blasting the Horn, walls are super thin. So you'll hear everything and the toilet seat was broken. I'll be going to another hotel next time

Real inn hotel

Never really leave review, but this was one our worst experiences we have received getting hotels from hotels.com. The rooms was dirty upon arrival trash wasn’t taken out. Bathroom was dirty etc.. hotel moved my family and everything to a new room to try to give us a better experience and later on the night when I was trying to put my kids to bed, we found bugs on the bed and that was the last straw we packed up and left straight home

The Hotel is great location kinda central to move around in the city. Rooms are clean very nice.Front desk Julio was very nice but the one super vicer lady not very friendly(Y) starts her name and not helpful.She is in front desk they are the first impression if the hotel and it was like she was not happy to service guess. But Julio excellent thank you we appreciate yout time and service to the guests.
