By far my worst ever travel experience. Paid in advance for 9 days, messaged the hotel twice to inform them of my flight delays. Arrived at the time I had told them I would arrive at they cancelled my reservation leaving me to wander around on the street at night looking for another place to stay. Horrible experience and horrible customer service!!

All of the staff was so awesome! They made our stay perfect. Room was comfy, bed was wonderful! The little beverage fridge was good to have in the room since my husband needs his insulin to be refrigerated. Food was good in Cafe Reforma. Always has something that I liked. This was our second visit to this hotel and they are still my go.to for Mexico City. ♥️♥️♥️

Housekeeping was fantastic! Truly the best I’ve ever had. They were very attentive! Front desk had upgraded me and were very helpful. The doormen could have been more helpful but were kind & had nice smiles.🙂 Breakfast was excellent, along with the service. The property is a little dated but not bad.
