busquE su hotel en Expedia.com, en los buscador de Expedia agreguE "desayuno incluido", y ahi dice claramente indica que el incluye desayuno, para mi fue sorpresa y vergonzoso que tenia que pagar el desayuno. Asi que me di cuenta que su publicidad es engaNosa, que solo aplica a solo a algunas habitaciones. Uso Expedia.com desde hace varios aNos y es la primera vez que tengo un problema de este tipo.

Tuve una excelente experiencia hospedándome en el Hotel Fiesta Americana reforma. Desde el primer momento me sentí bienvenido, no solo por la comodidad de las instalaciones, sino principalmente por la calidez humana de todo el equipo que trabaja aquí. Cada colaborador desde recepción, restaurante, limpieza y servicio en general— demuestra una actitud genuina de servicio, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Ese trato cercano marca una gran diferencia y hace que la estadía se sienta realmente especial y tranquila. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien cuidadas, ideales tanto para descansar como para viajes familiares o de trabajo. Las áreas comunes están muy bien mantenidas y el ambiente del hotel transmite orden, seguridad y confort. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme en Fiesta Americana y lo recomiendo plenamente. Más allá de la infraestructura, lo que realmente destaca es el equipo humano, que hace que uno se sienta como en casa. Gracias por una estadía tan agradable

There for one week and after the second night trash not taken, coffee and water never refilled had to call every night when we returned. Unfortunately my trip was cut short and there were no considerations for any credits.

Great location close to everything. I recommend avoiding lower floors near the elevators due to traffic noise—I stayed on the 16th floor, while the 21st-floor rooms were much quieter and excellent. The hotel taxi drivers were friendly and very convenient. Check-in was mixed: the first staff member was kind, but others were rude and unhelpful during a busy Halloween weekend. Rooms were clean, and the concierge and outdoor staff were wonderful.

If you’re looking for a place that’s close to everything, this is a great option. However, I recommend avoiding the lower floors near the elevators if you’re hoping to get good rest, as you can hear traffic noise from outside. I stayed on the 16th floor and noticed this, but the rooms I reserved on the 21st floor were excellent and much quieter. The hotel has great taxi drivers—they’re friendly, take you wherever you want to go, and will even wait for you if needed, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, the first woman who checked me in was very kind and helpful. However, the next day when checking in for additional rooms, the front desk staff were unhelpful and quite rude. I overheard one mention it was because she hadn’t had a break yet. While it was Halloween weekend and likely a very busy time, guests should not have to endure attitudes or eye-rolling during check-in, as it comes across as unprofessional. That said, the rooms were clean, and the outdoor and concierge staff were wonderful. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience can vary depending on the staff member assisting you.
