Property was extremely clean, well maintained. Employees were amazing. The level of customer service was exemplary!!! Room was comfortable, cleaned daily, and beautiful view of the city. Food was excellent, with many options to choose from.

me decepcionó las instalaciones, parece que no le dan mantenimiento. encontré un cucaracha en mi cuarto, muy desagradable experiencia. los cuartos esta sucios, el escritorio de mi cuarto tenia pelos en los cajones. el escritorio y silla del cuarto son extremadamente incomodos para trabajr, intenete el businees center y esta igual o peor, no se puede trabajar cómodamente. los enchufes de los cuartos estan gastados y no logran mantener conectado los adaptadores. en fin una experiencia pésima

I arrived at 8:15 pm to the airport on Friday and was in my hotel room by 9 pm. The check in was great. The breakfast and dinner that came with my booking was DELICIOUS! Their hosts on the 22nd floor are amazing! The Cafe Reforma is a great option for dining, I had breakfast there one morning. The location for me was perfect. I walked to El Monumento a la Independencia, Bosque Chapultpec, Castillo de Chapultpec and the Museo de Antropologia. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit back. The views from my room are astonishing.

Stop by the bar, Jazmin immediately acknowledge my presence and welcome me in. She had complete knowledge of the spirit i enjoy. Mezcal. She went beyond by offering new options on Mezcal. For sure ill be back. Give Jazmin a 5 Star. She recommended to stop by the Restaurant in their premises and enjoy the carefully selected Menu. I must say that Irene at the Restaurant was very attentive and always making sure to attent my needs. I give Irene a 5 Star. Thank you.
