Location is great, just between Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is great. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The resort needs to cater for vegetarians more. The bar staff were very good, as well as the Head Chief who did one off special meals for my vegetarian party, when ever he was around.

Central hotel, five mins to sea front, 15 mins to shopping centre. Friendly staff Excellent kids club and evening entertainment

Bugs in first and second room provided. Third was fine but very badly run down. Gave up trying to argue further as it was wasting the trip. Some of the staff were very helpful, others could do with adjusting attitude.

Love the place but this time had groups of drunken morons repeatedly causing problems early hours banging and crashing around early mornings disturbing guests. When they should have been thrown out .hotel should be doing more

Stayed there from 14th July 2018 for 14 nights. Very clean hotel. only 5mins walk to the beach, 5mins in taxi to Siam Water Park or 15min walk.. Very convenient location. Hotel staff very friendly . we went half board which was not very convenient as we had kids with us so the restaurant doesn't really cater for you if you do not go all inclusive.. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.
