The room was comfortable, staff were helpful, and the public spaces were well maintained. The location is excellent; an easy walk to Alameda Central and to the Zocalo. The Plaza Revolucion area is cool too.

The room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable but wish the pillows were better. Woke up with a sore neck. The air conditioner was very noisy and had to turn it off during the night because it was so noisy.

We went to run the marathon, the idea was to rest well but that didn't happen. I spoke about 3 or 4 times to tell them that the air conditioning wasn't working and it was very hot at night. We couldn't sleep, we had to open the window and then the room was full of mosquitoes. Only on the last day did they change our room.

La experiencia fue agradable,y el personal muy atento. La habitacion fue cómoda y limpia, y ésta posee A/C. La localización del hotel es excelente para moverse por la ciudad en UBER o Taxi, o caminar a las tiendas de conveniencia, o restaurantes que quedan cerca. La oferta de desayuno estuvo muy bien.
