Thank you so much for your feedback. Normally we have english spoken staff, I would double check what happened during your stay in our hotel. The hotel is located in the hart of downtown, this is the only hotel in the hart of the comercial area, during the day there are buyers and street vendors as it is a tradition since aztek times 600 hundred years ago. At nigths there are no street vendor nor buyers, at nigth the area is pretty tranquil and safe but it reflects a big diference between day and nigth activities.
