The hotel was exceptional. The hotel location conveniently located and on the Main Street. Our room graciously upgraded to penthouse floor with amazing views and amenities. The staff were respectful and provided excellent service from the beginning. Breakfast was outstanding and we had a great time at this hotel.

The room and the service rexeived throughout the stay were fantastic. Concierge Javier V was a standout - he helped us with questions ranging from transportation, restaurants, neighborhoods and sites to visit, activities, to mailing artwork home. The room was clean upon checkin and daily maod service A+. The hotel location was perfect for acces to various sites. We took advantage of the spa and really enjoyed our afternoon there. Strongly recommend.

I felt that the service and first care was exceptional.. from the time that we arrived, the Concierge team couldn’t do enough for us. Also rooms were lovely and spacious. Linens were amazing. Highly recommend. Excellent value.

Great hotel, great location, very courteous staff. Incredible linens, mattress, clean, luxury, gym, pool, and spa. The buffet lunch was very disappointing for the price. It all looked great but The food was bad all around. The cheese and ham was great but not for the amount paid. Very nice service. Need more moms in your kitchen. Great ambiance. We did not bother trying any other restaurants at the hotel after that. I highly recommend the stay.

The maid service did not arrive until 4pm after I headed out at 7am. That was annoying. That is the reason for my score. However, this place is all 10’s except for that fluke. Staff is fluent in English, restaurant has decent steak. Towels are super soft. I stayed in 1room 2 beds. The rooms are on the small side

Everything is perfect, especially the shower water, it is one of the best! The staff are all super friendly and the breakfast is very fresh and lots of variety to choose from, from the bakery goods to special Mexican food, all taste very good. The location is very convenient and among the safest area of the city. Thanks for giving us such a wonderful experience!
