This area is pretty amazing and very safe. My overall experience was great! The bellhops/doorman and housekeeping are very sweet and I felt so very safe arriving late during my nights out. The restaurant staff was very knowledge and great to talk to even though the hostess was a bit on the rude side but overall a great place and location!

Great location and great staff. Our (deluxe) king bed room is clean and looks good. There was only one minor negative in the dated bathroom though. It's clean but it's dated. Free breakfasts were served daily at 7 and the food was limited in variety but ok. We loved their delicious croissants. In summary, it was a great 6-night stay and we'll come back to stay over here on our next trip to Mexico City for sure.

Just wrapped up a great stay at Reforma Marquis in Mexico City! The hotel was spotless, the staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, and the location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
