Best hotel at Mexico City Airport, Terminal 2 The room was bigger than I expected, and very comfortable. Very convenient location as I don't have to get out of the hotel for overnight connecting flights.

It was not that clean. The pillows were not good and the entrance was horrible. The hotel didnt have system to check you inn so there was a big line.

To start with, the shuttle service took over 2 hours to pick me up at the airport (T1), excusing themselves on the rain-flooded areas of the road. Then, when I finally arrived, they assigned me a room which clearly was not inspected, open water bottle, no water available, no towels, no hair dryer- I had to wait a long time, calling several times to the front desk, the same person who assigned me this terrible room, didn't even apologize- all this happened around 1 AM considering I had my flight first thing in the morning and have to be at the security check point at 4:45 AM for my flight connection and that I came from a long overseas flight looking to take a shower before bed, ended up sleeping at 2:30 AM, go figure!, this hotel call itself as the solution for a smooth and nice place to spend overnight for flight connections- it is a great idea and that's why I paid 200USD for a couple of hours? total scam and sadly NH hotel, which I have stayed in other countries with great service- not this one in Mexico Airport T2- Stay away from it!!!

This hotel is hard to find in Terminal 2 of the airport but once you find the elevator to the 6th floor, it is amazing! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and they offer water and sweets in the lobby, while you wait. They offered to add the breakfast during the check-in. Everything you could need is on the 6th floor. The room is nice and quiet. Air conditioning is quiet. The best thing was that we were all in checkout and go down the elevator and walk a few steps to check-in with our airline. Breakfast, was delicious- they offered traditional Mexican coffee and cafe “Americano” different types of juice, eggs any way you like and much more. I really felt comfortable here.
