Hotel was nice. However, when we got to our room, the door was propped open with a key already in the power slot. When we called the front desk, they seemed unsure and put us on hold a few times to discuss. The final answer we got was that the housekeeping staff do that sometimes. We found this strange and made us feel uncomfortable in our room worried that other people had access to it. Additionally, we also requested a shuttle service overnight when the train is not running and they could only provide times that would get us to the airport way too early or too late for the flight. Pillows also very bulky and not comfy.
