I was not given the room that I had requested. Even though the price for the rooms were the same, they did not accommodate my request nor were they interested in helping. The hotel is old and there’s a lot to be fixed, our shower was clogged and leaked all that water out. Fridge bar snacks are expensive and not eye attracting. The only good thing really was the restaurant and the bar.

The hotel was fine. However, it took us at least 40 min to check in because our reservations for our rooms ( 2 rooms for 2 couples) could not be found. I believe it was a problem with Hotels.com and not the hotel itself. The front staff however was quite nice and accommodating and found us two rooms. So what could have been a terrible problem for us was averted. My husband says he no longer wants too use Hotels.com for making reservations!
